1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept online prepaid payments only. COD is not available.

2. What is your delivery time?
Orders are usually delivered within 5โ€“10 business days after dispatch.

3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We follow a No Return & No Exchange policy.
However, if you receive a wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at motocasa1808@gmail.com with clear photos/videos.

5. Are bulbs included with the lights?
Bulbs are not included, unless mentioned on the product page.
