Return & Exchange Policy

At Motocasa, we maintain a strict No Return & No Exchange policy for all products.

However, in the rare case that you receive the wrong product, we will offer a replacement.

Wrong Item Received – Replacement Eligibility

To request a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be in the same condition as received
    (unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging)

  • All accessories, tags, manuals, and protective packaging must be returned

  • A full unboxing video starting from the unopened package is required
    (This helps us verify the issue and process your request smoothly)

Important Notes

  • No returns or exchanges for change of mind, size mismatch, or design preference

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled

  • Replacement is approved only after verification
